ALL ARTISTS WHO HAVE WORK ACCEPTED WILL RECEIVE A SMALL HONORARIUM!*
*Honorariums are to assist with shipping, framing or other costs.
*Artists who receive another cash prize will not receive the additional honorarium.
RULES OF ENTRY
Artists must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the US or Canada
Artist may submit up to three (3) pieces of original art in any two-dimensional or three-dimensional media
Time based, electronic media, performance art, and installations will NOT be accepted.
Work exceeding 36 inches in any dimension may be excluded due to space restrictions
Work may not exceed seventy pounds in weight
All work must have been executed within the last 5 years and not previously shown at Waterloo Arts
Entries must remain in the gallery for the duration of the exhibition to be eligible for awards
Artists must grant permission for Waterloo Arts to use their images and information in promotional materials
FEES
$30: non-refundable fee for up to three pieces
ENTRY PROCESS:
All entries must be submitted electronically through Entrythingy.com. Entry fees will be made through PayPal during the submission process. For more information on how to submit your work with the Entrythingy tool see their tutorial videos here. Use of Entrythingy tool for submission purposes is free to the artists.
